How long does one tolerate someone being disrespectful of you and your wishes before you take action?

I am considering changing the name of the blogs to bulletins...it the hopes people use it more. .

What do you think ?

So far there have been only about 100 blog entries in over 4 months...compared to over 7000 forum posts.
