i didnt mean it ghetto but the way i used to see it at life.. people not looking on what goes on in life.. like About 2 blocks from me a see a little girl holding on to her coat that froze a few hours ago.

And yet people keep passing her by as she keep crying because she is so alone.

I grew up in the lower east side of manhattan and what you just wrote made me think of the crazy stuff i used to see. sorry for calling it ghetto..

I wrote this two nights ago and got it copyrigthed.

Signs of Chaos: Part 1

I see the signs everywhere I go.

The signs of people giving-up hope.

I saw a man standing next to a tree, thinking…

Thinking on how life has gone so wrong.

Fighting with his mind, into finding a way to tell his family he was just laid off.

Four blocks from where I was standing, I see a woman crying…

Crying on how she will tell her husband to be that there un-born child is not his.

I see these signs everywhere I go.

Do I only see them?

Or is it that we choose not to look?

A few days ago, a young boy crossed my path.

I saw the fear in his eyes, as he was running with a gun in his hand.

This young boy was gun down by another gang.

As I look at the young boy lying on his own pool of blood, I hear the other gang member crying.

He’s crying because it was his younger brother who he had just slain.

Across from the block were I stood, I see an elder man getting rob.

Little does this person knows, that the robber was his own grandson.

About 2 blocks from me a see a little girl holding on to her coat that froze a few hours ago.

These are the signs we have choose not to see.

Yet, I see them every day.

As I walk down these streets.
