My Mood: | Miguel Cotto is one of my favorite boxers and I've followed his entire career. I think this is going to be a great fight....it has all the makings for "Fight of the Year". It's a shame that the fight has been overshadowed by all the hype about the upcoming Floyd "Fake Ass" Mayweather vs. Juan Manuel Marquez fight....and isn't getting the attention it deserves. (I lost all respect for Floyd when I was forced to watch wrestling with my husband and saw him on the WWE....sellout!!!!!) I think Cotto will be the aggressor....Clottey will be big on defense. I predict 12 rounds......split decision for COTTO!!!! (yay! lolz) |

My Mood: | Damn....I should have been a bookie!!!!!!!!!!!!! "Round 12 - The final round begins. The crowd tries to pump up their hero, chanting “Cotto! Cotto!” repeatedly. Cotto lands a big left hook and Clottey follows with a power shot of his own. Cotto hits Clottey on the back of the head after spinning him around. Cotto is warned for a low blow. Clottey lands the final big shots before the final bell sounds. We go to the scorecards. Cotto wins via split decision. One judge had it 116-111 Cotto, another 114-113 Clottey. The third judge scored it 115-112 Cotto." ![]() |

My Mood: | I watched both this fight and "UFC 99: The Comeback" on Sunday (I donwload fights for free. I never pay for them!)... and sorry ladies... UFC 99 was just more entertaining. Not to mention.. if you wanted a Latino to cheer for that night.. Cain Valazquez was the one! He looks to be a serious threat in the MMA Heavyweight division. ![]() |

And what happened to the BIG ASS left hands??? All and all....I give him credit...hope that things improve for him now that Evangelista Cotto is out of the picture...and his dad is back in his corner. Clottey is a good fighter....he did the damn thang!!! lolz......if that includes first round knock outs and body slamming YOURSELF (or belly flopping? lolz) during one of the most important matches of your career......
