hmmm NBA news: What say you

Looks like Shaq may be going to the Cavs. They are really trying to get some hardware up in the 216. I'm not mad at that at all, the east needs a power center.

Mann.. I been a Cav's fan my whole life! I just wish it was the '00-'02 Shaq rather than him now. lol. He can't run with the young bucks.. so he slows down any fastbreak attempts. Still.. it's an improvement defensively in the low post. Which really wasn't their problem.. seeing as they gave up more points from beyond the arc than any other team in the playoffs. What they NEED is a consistent second scorer and perimeter defender. But oh well... it's official..

I have been a Shaq fan since his days at LSU. I have supported every team he's played with and still remain a huge Laker and Heat fan. Finally got used to him being on the Suns and now of all teams he is going to the Cavs. Such a disappointment. This past year is one of his best in a while and although I am sure him and LeBron will be a powerhouse combo, the Cavs wouldn't be my first choice. I guess I have no choice but to add a Cavs jersey to my Shaq collection.

It's early in the season, but the Celtics seem to be in '08 form. The bench looks impressive-and Big Baby is not even there yet! 'Sheed was the steal of the free agent pool, and the defense is sick.

I say the NBA makes me hope the NCAA season will start soon. I just can't watch the NBA anymore, I lost my love of their game. College Hoops is where it's at
